Kumkum Bhagya 18th April 2014 Written Episode

The episode starts with Abhi’s rock concert and Abhi signing Sadda Haq itthe haq… song. Crowd shouts exitely. Abhi then sings Angreji beat pe.. song. Biji is watching Abhi’s live concert on tablet. Bulbul asks her not to make her jealous by watching it on tablet. Daadi says she will watch it alone and praises Abhi’s voice. Bulbul takes latop from her and they both watch Abhi performing on song Sunraha hainaa tu….. Bulbul get very excited seeing him performing.

ulbul says how luck is the girl who loves Abhi. Biji shows a girl and says Abhi loves her. Girl asks Abhi’s autograph. He hugs her and says and reporters that they are friends. Reporters say they came to know from a sutra/source that they both love each other. Abhi says he only knows about kaamasutra, kaam means work for him. Reporters and crowd shout kaamsutra. Abhi’s girlfriend asks why did he say that. He says he did it for publicity. She says her let us go and celebrate. He says not today as he has a date today. He goes to a house and sings happy birthday to you daaadi. Daadi asks him to give babu as a gift. She says all girls are behind his stardom and he needs a girl who can be with him during his bad times. Abhi says his god is money and it will not leave him any time.

Bulbul says biji/dadi that loves matters her a lot and she loves Abhi. Pragya thinks Suresh matters to her a lot and they both cannot sleep today as they did not wave goodnight to each other.

Suresh and Pragya reach BMC office. Pragya thinks Suresh must have felt bad about last night. Suresh asks her not to talk about last night. They meet BMC officer and tells him about taxes imposed on marriage hall. Officer identifies Suresh and says he cannot help him. Suresh says he will take him to court if he does not help him. Officer gets angry and asks Suresh to get out and will see who will pass their file. He calls Suresh bloody looser. Pragya gets angry and says Suresh is an ex-army officer and government gives him pension to stay at home. They are simple people and run marriage hall religously and pay tax, but why did he impose taxes and seized their papers. ragya says Suresh takes half day from his college to help others, nobody does that. They both try to go. Officer asks her to leave the file there and asks sorry to Suresh. Suresh says it is ok as he is habituated of this. Suresh asks Pragya why did she fight. She says he is very important to her.

Suresh comes to Sarla’s house and says he wants to book marriage hall. Sarla thinks he must have come to book marriage hall for his marriage. Sarla asks what about his relatives. He says his sister and mother will come. He asks about advance. She says she cannot take it from him. Sarla says Pragya that he has come to ask her hand in marriage. Suresh tells Pragya that she should help him in marriage and take leave. He says Sarla that she should bless his sister as it is her marriage. Sarla says she thought she was talking about his marraige with Pragya. BMC people come and start seizing the marriage. They say they have not paid service tax, property tax etc. Suresh says without notice they cannot seize the hall. Officer gives him notice. Their higher up whom Pragya and Suresh met come and asks why did they come without his permission. He takes notice and tears it. He asks them to not seize any property without his signature. They ask him sorry and leave. Sarla thanks officer. He says Pragya came to his office, so he came. Sarla asks him to have tea and go. He comes in and sees Bulbul. He then assures Sarla that nothing will happen to her marriage hall.

Officer requests Sarla to accept his proposal of marrying Bulbul with him. Sarla says how can he think as her elder daughter is not married yet. He says he will let her married with one of his officers and asks her to think as only he can save her marriage hall.

Sarla scolds Bulbul for coming in front of officer wearing skimpy clothes and asks Pragya to tell what happeend. Pragya says corporator wants to marry her. Sarla asks Bulbul if she knows him. Bulbul says he followed her everywhere. Pragya realizes that corporator imposed fake taxes to marry Bulbul.

Pragya says Suresh she does not know what to do. Sarla worked hard to run the marriage hall and did not let her feel that she does not have father. She says this marrige hall is important to them, but Bulbul is her younger sister and cannot let her marry the corporator. She cries hugging him. Suresh says she is not alone, he will help her in every fight of hers. He wipes her tears and says you fought with corapator and he will fight the whole world for her as she important to him.

Precap: Corpator gives marraige hall and its tax papers to Sarla and says it is a marriage gift from him and Bulbul.

Kumkum Bhagya - 17th April 2014 Written Update

The episode starts with mami telling mama not to get emotional if his sister does not agree to give marriage hall papers as she needs the papers badly. She goes in and calls Sarla. Sarla asks her to sit. Maami asks possession papers to her. Sarla says she will give hall papers, but whenever property division happens, even relationship divides, she does not like breaking her relationship with her brother. She asks her brother if he does not break their relationship, then she will give the papers. Maami takes papers and gives them to lawyer. Lawyer asks Sarla how much time she needs to vacate the marriage hall. She says 4-5 days. Maami asks to take 4-5 days more. Sarla says 4-5 days are fine. Suresh comes and says mamaji has right of marriage hall according to hindu law as he is a son. Maami asks if he is on her side. Suresh says he is on the justice’s side. He gives her BMC and service tax papers and legal notices. He says BMC has sent a notice for constructing the hall without their permission and also show loan papers worth 2.5 crores. He says she has to pay it as property belongs to it. He also gives bills of caterers and shopkeepers and says she has to pay the bills. Maam gets shocked. Suresh says shopkeepers are demanding money now and she will have to clear 4.5 crores after getting possession of this property. Maami thinks how will she get so much money. Suresh then praises mamaji for taking all the responsibility of clearing loans. Bulbul and Pragya smile listening Suresh’s conversation.

Maami gives back papers to Sarla and asks her to clear the loans first and then give the papers. She asks Sarla to come with family on vacations and goes from there. Mamaji thanks Suresh for helping his sister and him. He says Suresh is man of the house and goes from there.

Sarla thanks Suresh and says he is man of the house. Suresh says this house runs because of her and she is man of the house. She says she prays god to give a neighbour like her. Suresh smiles and asks her to serve him tea. She says she will serve tea and pakoda. Maid comes and gives tea to Suresh and praises him.

Suresh sits next to Pragya and starts having tea. She asks him to have buiscuits. He says no, but then starts having buiscuits saying he goes to walk daily. Bulbul taunts Pragya and Suresh with song tum ladki ho main ladka hoon, aaya mausam.. Suresh and Praga sing aaya mausam dosti kaa. Sarla brings pakoda and asks Suresh how will they clear the loans. Suresh asks her not to worry as area corporator is his friend and he will forgo the taxes. Sarla gets happy and goes to bring more pakoda.

Bulbul says now that all the problems are solved, she will go to rock concert of Abhi. Suresh he does not like Abhi as he just shouts on drums. Sarla asks Bulbul to take Suresh with him. Suresh says he will go with Bulbul. Pragya says how will he go to college tomorrow then. He says he will sleep for 4-5 hours. Biji says bulbul that they both look like Bharath Bushan and Niruparai. She asks who are they. Biji says they are rockstars of her time.

Pragya asks Bulbul to get ready and go with Suresh. Bulbul taunts Pragya that they both are like 70s hero heroine and starts joking about Suresh’s loose pant, etc. She also taunts Pragya to wear nice clothes tomorrow so that Suresh wakes up seeing her.

Bulbul’s friends come and ask her to get into their car, but she says she cannot go without Suresh as Sarla has told her. Suresh scooter won’t start and they all start cribbing. Scooter starts and they both leave. Bulbul asks Suresh to ride fast. He says road’s speed limit is 40 kmph and he cannot go beyond that as he will get a challan else. She asks if he broke any rule in life. He says he did not do any wrong thing in life. She says except love and starts signing aaya mausam….They reach the concert venue. Bulbul meets her friends and they all start praising rockstar Abhi. Suresh sees youngsters drinking alcohol. He asks manager to asks people not to drink alcoholin public event. Manager says it is ok and goes. Bulbul’s friends asks who is this uncle. She says he is Pragya’s friend. Suresh calls Pragya and informs tht he is taking care of Bulbul and will call her later.

Sarla says Pragya that Suresh is a good boy and is helping her family a lot. She says she should find him a good girl for his marriage and starts telling about her friend’s daughter. Pragya says she is not educated, etc. Pragya rejects all her suggestions and says Suresh needs a girl who can control Suresh. Sarla asks what about Pragya Arora and says she knows Suresh loves her. Pragya blushes.

Rockstar Abhi enters the venue. Crowd starts shouting Abhi. Even Bulbul an dher friends shout. Suresh starts quarreling with manager and says he is doing illegal work. He says he will file case on his company. Manager asks security to throw him and his friends out. Bulbul scolds Suresh for that and says he is a sad man and cannot make anybody happy. She says he likes struggling to see Abhi as he is worth it. She says Suresh is not worth anybody’s love. Suresh cries hearing that.

Pragya sees Bulbul come in her friend’s car and asks why did she come alone. Bulbul goes in angrily without saying anything. Suresh in distress. His friend asks him to go and say gododnight to Pragya. He says he does not deserve anyone and asks him to leave him alone. Pragya comes at the window and looks for Suresh. He swithes off the light without saying her good bye. Sarla thinks Bulbul does not like Suresh, but Pragya likes her a lot, she loves him. She thinks Pragya did not get marry yet maybe because she should marry Suresh.

Rockstar Abhi gives a speech about destiny and says poeple say it is desinty, but he says do hell with destiny. He waves his hands to the crowd and throws his jacket on them. Crowd gets mad seeing him.

Precap: BMC people come to seal the marriage hall. Suresh tries to stop them.

Kumkum Bhagya 16th April 2014 Written Episode

The episode starts with Pragya getting ready and Suresh coming to pick her. She asks why did he come late. He shows her a file and says these are dowry cases and says he will make the the groom arrested for asking dowry. She says they do not have evidence. Suresh shows clips where people attended her marriage telling how groom’s parents asked dowry and Pragya broke the marriage because of that. Pragya says she does not want to file any case. He says he worked the whole night for this evidence and will make them arrested for sure. Suresh says he would have filed a case against her also if she had given dowry.

Sarla asks her brother to check all the goods left. Biji asks Sarla not to worry as they got 4-5 booking of their marriage hall. Mama asks Sarla not to worry as he has spoken to shopkeepers to sell the goods. Sarla says she is not worried about money. Mama’s wife asks if the losses will be covered with 4-5 bookings. She asks if the marriage hall is in his name. Mama says it is in his name, but papaji gave it to Sarla after jijaji’s death. She asks him to get the papers then. He says he cannot as Sarla has 2 kids to take care of, but goes on her insistence.

Pragya comes to college staff room and congrats her. They ask why did she come next day after her marriage. Suresh rescues Pragya by saying to go and check her face as her kajal has spread. Pragya goes into bathroom and checks that her kajal is fine and thinks Suresh did this to save her.

Pragya thinks she should inform tht her marriage broke to everyone. She goes and tries to tell, but her friends say they will speak after the college break. Suresh says college is for studies, not for personal questions.

Sarla tries to sell the goods. Shopkeeper says he will buy it at 20% discount and says he is buying because her daughter’s married broke. Sarla gets angry and says she will keep the goods. Mama says he will speak to shopkeeper. He gets money from him. Pragya and Suresh comes from college. Sarla asks Bublul to get the jewellery from pawn broker which she lent for PRagya’s marriage and asks Suresh to accompany Bulbul.

Bulbul rides her scooty with Suresh sitting behind her. She gets a call and picks it. Suresh asks her not to drive while on phone and asks her to stop scooty. She stops in the middle of the road. She then says jwellery shop came. He asks her to park on the side. She parks the vehicle and scolds him for not helping park the vehicle.

Sarla feeds food to her brother. She gives him tea then. He says he likes her tea. She says to stay back. He says kids school is there and asks her to come during vacation. Pragya says she has prepared aloo puri for his traveling. He asks her to give 1 puri now. Bulbul and Suresh come back with jewellery. Sarla checks the jewellery. Bulbul asks Pragya what did she like in Suresh. Pragya says they both are friends. Bulbul says he blushes a lot when he hears your name. Suresh is about to go. Pragya asks him to have aloo puri and go.

Pragya gives him aloo puri and thanks him to accompany Bulbul to get jewellery. Suresh says Pragya not to say thank you. Bulbul taunts that in love, no thank you or sorry, only I love you. She asks if he saw maine pyar kiya. He says he does not see films after 33% tax imposition. He says he saw that film and it is no thank you or sorry in frienship.

Mamaji says Sarla that he wants marriage hall as it is in his name. He wants it as it is his property. Biji says what was he doing when his father left it in bad state. Sarla worked hard to repair the marriage hall and where was he then. Mami says it is their matter, then why is he interfering. Sarla says biji is her mom and then saas next. Mama’s wife says property belongs to mama as it is his father’s. If Sarla’s husband did not leave him anything it is not their mistake. She says even their kids are growing and they need it. Mama asks Sarla to give the posession papers of marriage hall. Mami says they will go to court if they do not get the papers. Sarla says mama that he is her brother, it does not matter if the papers are with her or him. She says she will give it to him as he is the only man of this house. She asks him to come tomorrow and gt the papers. Sarla asks mama to stay tonight and take the papers tomorrow. Maami says they will come tomorrow as they have to meet lawyer. Sarla gives mama aloo puri and sends him.

Suresh waits on the window as Pragya has not yet slept. Pragya comes on the window and waves him good night. Suresh thinks why is she tensed. His friend says it is because her marrige broke. Suresh says she was ok yesterday, but today she is more tensed. He goes to Pragya’s house and asks why is she tensed. He asks if he is tensed because of the groom’s family. She says it is another matter. He says if it is family matter, it is okay. She says mamaji wants marriage hall and informs him what happened.

Kumkum Bhagya - 15th April 2014 Written Update

The episode starts with a prayer and Gayatri mantra. Temples are shown. Crowd is seen getting excited on a rockstar’s song. Rockstar sings Sadda Haq Ithe Rakh… song. Praya comes and asks Bulbul to wake up. Both their faces are shown. Bulbul catches Pragya’s dupatta. She asks her to leave her dupatta. Bulbul says she was dreaming about Abhi. Pragya says he looks like a monkey and thinks to drag him from TV and comb his hair. Bulbul says she loves him. Pragya says he loves himself. Bulbul says not to talk about love as she herself is marrying a person whom she does not know at all. She says she is taking a risk by marrying a stranger. Pragya says he is not stranger as she spoke to Tarun and goes into flashback where Tarun calls her and asks her to meet at a bus stop. Pragya agrees.

Pragya goes to bus stop and meets Tarun. He greets her hello. She says if she came late. He says even he came just now and says his house is small and his parents wanted to ask a house in dowry, but he refused. A bus comes and Tarun says this bus goes to her college and even his office. They both alight the bus. He takes a full day pass. Pragya asks if he takes full day pass daily. He says he travels a lot in his marketing job and saves 900 Rs monthly. Bulbul asks Pragya if she is marrying him as he saves 30 rs daily. Pragya says he is practical like her and if someone marries a person, their thinking should be in a same direction. Pragya says she has saved 1.5 lakhs for Bulbul’s marriage. Bublbul says she does not need her money as she will elope and marry. Their mom comes and asks them not to fight.

Pragya is in a hurry to go to college. Mom says mama/mami are coming and asks her to wear bangles, then go to college. Bulbul asks mom to tell Pragya not to go to college on her marriage day. She asks her what did she ate while she was pregnant. She says gauva. Bulbul jokes she must have eaten raw one, she Pragya is very hard emotionally. Bulbul wants to take pics, but mom stops her. Bulbul says she must be neighbour’s daughter. Mom says Pragya is her daughter and she took bulbul from outside. Pragya laughs listening their conversation. Mom performs premarriage rituals on Pragya and gets emotional.

Suresh is shown driving scooter. Shopkeepers scold him for seeing that Suresh face. Suresh stops at Pragya’s house and calls her. Bulbul jokes that Pragya’s would be has come. Daadi asks Pragya to wait until he correcs his pant and spectacles. Man sees street light fluctuating. He thinks he will complain about it. He goes and starts fixing the night bulb. He gets electric shock and falls down. Whole locality laughs on him. Pragya helps him get up and asks if he is alright. He says he is fine. Daadi says people were waiting from 4 days for this to happen. Pragays gets into Suresh’s scooter and they leave. Bublbul and daadi waves them bye.

Pragya and Suresh reach college. Student there tease Suresh that he will look around, will correct his spectales and then will march parade. She says looks like Pragya is dating Suresh. Another student says why will Pragya date him, he is face is so weird like a old ambassador. Suresh hears them and says he will teach them a lesson. Pragaya says it is her marriage day and not to fight with anyone.

Stff are having lunch in their lunch break. They see Pragya and congratulate her for her marriage. They give her bouquet as a fairwell gift. One teacher praises her for helping her by giving her FD money. She asks her to be like that forever. Suresh scolds office boy for selling small water bottles instead of 2 liters one. Office boy says he has to give auto fair also. Suresh takes 20 rs note from office boy’s pocket and says he cannot escape from him. He happily shows money to the whole staff. Lady asks Pragya if she is happy. Pragya says yes. Pragya asks Suresh why did he make a drama for 20 rs. He says it was her fairwell and office boy tries to steal money every time. Pragya asks if he is coming for her marriage. He says he cannot come as he does not have a suit. She says it is not a reason. He says he does not like big functions. He says she is doing a mistake by marrying a stranger and says she will get a better guy. She asks who. He says a better guy like…he does not say the name. He says she has done double MA and many more qualities of her and says he is not fit for you. He says people come to marriage for food, not to see bride and groom. He says she has to tolerate him whole life. She asks what she should do then. He says he does not know. She asks him to come then. He says he does not want to come. She says she comes when his scooter breaks down, etc., and asks him to come as she wants to tell her last good night. He says she does not come to say him good night every day. He understand it is 10 p.m. when she comes and he switches off the light to save money. He says he does not have suit, tie. She says he has yellow tie. He agrees he will come to her marriage as she is insisting, but she is doing wrong. She says wrong as you made a delay… He looks at her. she then says delay for the class. She leaves from there.

Mom asks her servants to get decorate the marriage hall fast. She sees daadi/biji playing game and asks her to go and change her clothes as baaraath would be coming. She takes mobile from biji. Biji scolds her for taking her mobile out as she was playing with them online. Mom says biji everyone has their own specialities. Biji says she wants to explain her the same thing and says Bulbul is different from Pragya but why is she stopping Bulbul to come in front of Pragya’s in-laws. Mom says Pragya is 29 years gold now and they will accept Bulbul instead of Pragya. Biji says Tarun is lucky to have Pragya.

Pragya is getting ready. Bulbul asks her to get ready fast and starts joking. She then says she is looking beautiful. Pragya asks her to joke now as she will miss her from tomorrow. She says she will not, but then gets emotional and hugs her, she says she will miss her a lot. Pragya says mom asked me to wear lenses and it is irritating. They hear baaraath coming. Bulbul says she will dance a lot when her vidaayi happens.

Baarath comes dancing on a song saddi gali bhulke bhi aaya karo. Suresh watches sadly. Bulbul scolds him for coming in a marriage of a girl whom he loves. He greets groom with a garland.
