SUrjeet Singh informs Ranvi and Ratan that they are falling short of money. Ranvi and Ratan are surprised and Ranvi shows him the papers but Surjeet Singh asks what papers is he showing to him as these are old papers. He further explains that in the revised documents when he had come to ask for more money, they had revised the interest rates. He shows Ranvi revised papers that has Ranvi’s signatures. Ranvi says but there was no mention of increasing interest rates to which Surjeet Singh denies. Ranvi tries to recollect when he had come to take more money from Surjeet. He remembers that Surjeet Singh never mentioned anything about the revised rate of interest. Surjeet Singh also adds that there’s another clause in the papers that permits Surjeet to sell their land if they fail to repay the loan in 3 years. Ratan and Ranvi are shocked. Ranvi objects saying that he never mentioned any such thing. Ratan realizes Ranvi has been tricked and gets really angry and shouts at Surjeet. But Ranvi tries to calm her and tells Surjeet that he’ll return the rest of the money too.
Ratan is shocked. Ranvi asks Surjeet for some more time and he agrees to give them 2 more weeks. Ranvi is worried but accepts and tells Surjeet to get the papers ready and he’ll arrange for the money. Ratan and Ranvi are returning home through the fields and Ratan asks Ranvi to stop. She breaks down fearing that their land is slipping from their hands but Ranvi promises that he’ll not let that happen as the land is Sampooran’s dream and nothing will happen to it.
Veera is returning with Chaiji and Gunjan from shopping. Gunjan rues that Veera didn’t get anything for herself but Veera is undettered and says she has shopped for Ranvi and Ratan and they’ll be happy. ON their way home, Chaiji stops by at someone’s house leaving Gunjan and Veera alone. Gunjan again asks Veera for spicy details and if she had any affairs. Veera says she wasn’t interested and Gunjan expressed her disappointment in Veera to which Veera says she actually went to study. When Veera asks whats wrong in the guys at their village to which Gunjan rues that there’s not a single guy in the whole village to match her caliber. She says she wants to go abroad. Veera says but its more important to make one’s identity in life. Veera reaches home to find her bike in pitiful condition. She wonders aloud as to how it happened to find Baldev sitting on stairs and warns her to not mess with him. Veera gets worried.
Gunjan asks her to relax, calls some guys… talks sweetly to him and expresses her worry of not being able to go around since her bike is in bad shape. Veera is amused. The guy immediately does Gunjan’s bidding and says he’ll arrange the mechanic to set it right. When the guy leaves, Gunjan mocks him and boasts in her ability to get things done.
Veera is checking the shoppers and asks Chaiji if she has forgotten anything. Chaiji teases her. Ranvi and Ratan reach home and Veera tells them that she has a surprise for them. Ranvi tries to tell Veera that they’ll see later but Veera insists and pulls Ratan along. Veera starts to show her things but Ratan tries to excuse herself but Veera insists and shows the dupata she got for her. Veera asks Ratan to smile but she doesn’t. Veera then proceeds to show her the earrings she got for her and asks her to wear it. Ratan is getting annoyed and snaps at her. She scolds Veera that she doesn’t understand what others are going through and is self-centric. She walks away and the dupata that Veera got for her falls on the floor. Veera is hurt but hides it. Ranvi tries to cover up by saying that Ratan was just stressed and not to take her words to heart.
Veera hides her tears and smiles. She assures Ranvi that she’s fine and was just acting hurt. She says that she didn’t mind what Ratan said and asks Chaiji not to be worried. Ranvi tries to distract her by asking what she got for him. Veera asks him to shut his eyes and put forward the shoes she got for him. Ranvi wears them and they remember a childhood moment. They share an emotional moment and Veera tells Chaiji that she’s hungry. Chaiji asks Ranvi to call Ratan for dinner meanwhile she’ll get the dinner ready. Ranvi is about to go but Veera offers to take her food in her room instead. Ranvi and Chaiji gets tensed.
